I met Leigha and Evan at the bottom of Grandfather Mountain for their engagement session this past fall. We had plans to shoot at two different locations along the parkway, but those plans changed pretty quick after we realized it was peek leaf season in the mountains of North Carolina when we did their engagement session. It started out a little windy at the bottom of the mountain but the weather and leaves were gorgeous! They even brought their pup along for some photos as well! You’d never know we found the mountain views from a pull off long the parkway that didn’t have very many people around! I can’t wait to shoot their wedding this June at Sky Retreat in Purlear, NC.
